Being a good winemaker also means caring for the land you cultivate. The High Environmental Value certification and the Collège Culinaire de France label embody this conviction at the heart of Périnade.

HVE Certification: Viticulture That Respects Nature

High Environmental Value (HVE) is France's most demanding agri-environmental certification. It evaluates biodiversity, phytosanitary strategy, fertilisation management, and water use. Achieving level 3 — the highest — requires years of virtuous practices and rigorous traceability of every decision made in the vineyard.

At Domaine de la Périnade, this approach is not a marketing argument. It reflects fifty hectares managed in harmony with natural balances: managed grass cover, preservation of hedgerows and wetlands along the Canal du Midi, and a drastic reduction in chemical inputs over more than a decade.

Collège Culinaire de France: When Chefs Take a Stand

Founded in 2011 by Joël Robuchon and Guy Savoy, the Collège Culinaire de France brings together artisan producers and restaurateurs sharing a common standard: quality products made with respect for terroir and tradition. Being listed by this institution means joining a community of passionate producers trusted by committed restaurateurs.

For our wines, this listing opens doors to exceptional tables — chefs who understand food and wine pairing not as a constraint, but as a dialogue between two areas of expertise. It is in this spirit that Périnade's cuvées find their place alongside France's finest tables.
