2. Products

Domaine de la Périnade sells AOP Minervois and IGP Pays d'Oc wines produced on the family estate (40 hectares of vines, Aude, Languedoc), as well as limited-edition collaborations (Les Frenchies range, Crazy Horse Paris). The essential characteristics of each product (appellation, vintage, volume, description) are indicated on the product page. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Label colour may vary slightly between vintages. Wines are available for sale subject to stock availability.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT at 20% included). Domaine de la Périnade reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is confirmed. Indicative price range: €14.00 to €33.00 per bottle (75 cl or 150 cl), and €79.00 to €158.00 for gift boxes.

4. Orders

Any order placed on www.domainedelaperinade.com is subject to all of the following conditions: - The customer must be at least 18 years old (mandatory certification at checkout). - The customer must reside in an eligible delivery zone. - The customer must have a valid payment method. An order is considered definitively confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent. Domaine de la Périnade reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of out-of-stock, manifest pricing error or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via the Stripe secure payment platform (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Accepted payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard and other Stripe-compatible methods. Card data is never stored by Domaine de la Périnade; it is transmitted directly and exclusively to Stripe via an SSL/TLS encrypted connection. Strong customer authentication (SCA) is enabled in accordance with European Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2).

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the estate (Aude, 11) via ⚠️ PENDING — long-distance carrier (awaiting Stéphane Arnal's response) within 24 working hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time: 48 to 72 hours in mainland France. These timescales are indicative and may vary during peak periods or exceptional events. Delivery zones: mainland France. Delivery within the European Union is available upon prior request (contact the estate before placing an order). [To be completed: list of EU countries accepted]. Delivery charges: free for orders of €80 or more TTC; [To be completed: full pricing grid by zone]. Bottles are shipped in packaging specifically designed for wine transport. During hot weather (June to August), isothermal packaging is included. If a parcel is lost or not delivered within the stated timeframe, please contact contact@domainedelaperinade.com. A solution (reshipment or refund) will be proposed within 14 working days.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving reasons. To exercise this right, the customer must notify Domaine de la Périnade of their decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires, by email to contact@domainedelaperinade.com or by post to the registered office. Products must be returned in their original condition (unopened bottles, intact packaging) to: Domaine de la Périnade, La Périnade, 11170 Pezens, France. Return costs are borne by the customer. Refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

⚠️ Legal advice required: the exception under Art. L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code (goods liable to deteriorate rapidly) may apply to wine. Pending legal validation, the right of withdrawal is maintained for all products.

8. Legal Guarantees

All products from Domaine de la Périnade benefit from the following statutory guarantees: - Statutory guarantee of conformity: Art. L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code (2 years from delivery). - Guarantee against hidden defects: Art. 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. In the event of a defective product (bottle broken on delivery, proven faulty cork), please contact contact@domainedelaperinade.com with supporting photographs. Domaine de la Périnade will arrange a replacement or full refund.

9. Public Health — Évin Law

The sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited (Art. L3342-1 of the French Public Health Code). The customer confirms they are of legal age when placing their order. In accordance with Article L3323-4 of the French Public Health Code: "Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Drink responsibly."

10. Personal Data

Data collected during an order (identity, address, email, payment data via Stripe) is processed by Domaine de la Périnade for the following purposes: order processing, delivery, after-sales service, and legal obligations (accounting). 11. Mediation

12. Applicable Law

These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Carcassonne jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
