A Blend Designed for Immediate Pleasure
The 2023 vintage was shaped by a cool spring followed by a hot, dry summer. This contrast produced grapes that are both concentrated and lively, with preserved acidity that gives the wine the characteristic bounce of Les Frenchies.
The blend — Grenache, Syrah and Carignan — was crafted without oak ageing. Temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation captures the primary aromas of black cherry, wild strawberry and soft spice without weighing them down. Best served slightly cool, between 14 and 16 °C.
